Internal Recruiter
Had enough of hard core sales in an agency environment? Looking for a role offering long term career progression rather than agency burnout? This opportunity could be just the ticket. My client, a leading blue chip are looking for a number of internal recruiters who can mange the complete recruitment process and develop strong relationships with line managers / key decision makers. You will be managing 3rd party suppliers (recruitment agencies) as well as self sourcing Financial and Sales professionals for all areas of their business. The average salary of individuals you will be placing is £30,000 (max basic circa £80,000 / min £25,000). Currently in the internal recruitment team is 12 strong and they are able to offer strong performers career progression.
To qualify for this role you must have agency or internal recruitment experience placing Financial or Sales professional. Also you must be able to show examples of client / candidate management skills.
Basic Salary; £20,000 - £23,000
Bonus: Up to 100% of basic salary, paid quarterly
