Job Description

My client, a private equity backed group of companies who specialise in health care and education are seeking a construction manager with Quantity Surveying, Architectural or Construction Management background with minimum 5 years’ experience. The candidate will be qualified in quantity surveying or architecture and will be responsible for overseeing all construction activities, primarily in the education division. This includes appointing and directing external consultants, reviewing and approving documentation including plans, specifications, budgets and variations and delivering finished projects for handover to the operations department on time and budget.

The role will be split between London and the South of England, which will therefore involve travelling thus a driving licence and car is essential. The position is for 12 months.
