Job Description
An Essex Borough Council requires a suitably qualified planner to join their Development Control department.
The role will involve processing minor and householder planning applications, conducting site inspections, writing reports for Committee, duty planning and liaising with members of the public and developers on planning matters.
The ideal candidate will have a Town Planning degree; UK experience in a similar role would be desirable but not essential. You must be a holder of a full clean drivers licence.
