Application for Working holiday visa from outside Aus

I am an Australian citizen living and working in the Republic of
Ireland on
an Irish holiday working visa with my girlfriend. There is a company in London prepared to sponser me to work in London as I have already used my UK working visa. HOwever I was wondering if my girlfriend, who has NOT yet had a UK work visa can obtain one from over here (either Ireland, the UK or somehwere else in the EU) or if she would have to go home to apply?)

Hi Allan,

You find yourself in a nice position. She will not have to go home, but it may be a little tricky. To DIY - first check out the British embassy in Ireland. I am assuming you are in the Republic of Ireland for this option. Please let me know how you get on!

Apart from this, I am afraid Britain is not an option that can be considered, so you will need to look into other countries in the EU. To do this I would recommend that you get a Visa agency involved. They will know the shortcuts to helping you out. For example it may be a lot easier and quicker to do it in France compared to Germany. Holland or Belgium may also be a good options.
