About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Band 6 RMN for a challenging and rewarding prison-based in-patient role . This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while making a real impact on patient care.

Key Details:

* Shift Pattern: Monday-Sunday, Long Days (0730hrs-2030hrs) or Nights (2000hrs-0800hrs).
* Flexibility is required to cover shifts across the week for supervision and support.
* Comprehensive induction and key talks held most Mondays to ensure readiness for the role.

Essential Requirements:

* Category B Prison Clearance , equivalent to HMP Wandsworth, valid for at least one year.
* Ability to work independently and effectively in a secure and fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational skills to manage workload and prioritize effectively.
