Working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, the Expeditor ensures that the kitchen’s output meets the restaurant’s high standards, food is accurately placed on the dummy waiter system, and any issues with timing, presentation, or special requests are swiftly addressed.
What you’ll be doing…
Managing Order Flow

- Maintain communication with kitchen staff, front-of-house staff, and the dummy waiter system operators to ensure a smooth flow of orders, especially during busy shifts.
