Locum Consultant Breast Surgery

Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity within the Breast Surgical team at Whittington Health NHS Trust. Applications are invited for a 10 PA Locum Consultant Oncoplastic Breast Surgeon to join the team on a fixed term basis for an initial 6-months.

The service seeks a dynamic, innovative and enthusiastic colleague, committed to the highest standards of practice, evidence-based medicine and quality assurance. Whittington Health is a key provider of general surgery services in North Central London (NCL) and is a leading partner in the NCL General Surgery network. The successful candidate will be central to the further development of the Breast service at Whittington Health.

Main duties of the job

The appointee will be a member of the breast multidisciplinary team and is expected to contribute to and practice according to the local, network and national clinical practice guidelines.
