About this Role

We’re excited to welcome a Home Specialist (Retail Assistant) to our existing store team for 24 hours a week on a 12 month fixed term contract, focusing on providing a warm and welcoming environment for our customers and creating a memorable experience through their in-depth product knowledge and passion for great design and interiors.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying customer needs and answering product related questions using your product knowledge whilst offering advice and guidance in the selection of suitable products
  • Processing sales and communicating accurate information, including creating purchase orders from suppliers and quotations for customers
  • Supporting in improving and maintaining brand standards on visual display and merchandising to meet our company guidelines
  • Organising meetings for our in-house Designers to support with kitchen and home design appointments.
  • Following Neptune policies and procedures to maintain our stock, cash handling and customer records
  • Supporting with maintaining the upkeep of our stores, ensuring they are presented to our brand standards

Our stores are open 7 days a week and so it’s important that you’ll have flexibility to work during the week and at weekends also…
