Senior/Principal 360 Recruitment Consultant – Hybrid/Remote (London)
Ventula Consulting is looking for experienced Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultants to join our dynamic team. Based in the City of London, directly opposite the iconic Royal Exchange, we collaborate with a diverse client base that spans innovative tech start-ups and global brands like easyJet, Eurostar, M&S, and HSBC.
Since our founding in 2013, we’ve achieved over £21M in revenue and continue to grow rapidly. Now, we’re seeking high-performing professionals with 3+ years of recruitment experience to help shape the future of Ventula Consulting and fast-track their careers in a supportive, thriving environment.
We are looking for individuals operating within an established market with 360 billing experience who are looking to join an experienced team that focuses on providing an excellent service to our clients above all else. We offer a flexible, non-KPI environment which suits experienced individuals who are looking for the right platform to grow without micromanagement. All of our team operate a dual desk and make both contract and permanent placements, 70% of our existing business is UK based and 30% is Europe/US.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage your 4-5 years of recruitment experience to source and place top talent.
- Utilise business development skills to expand the client portfolio.
- Conduct effective LinkedIn and database searches to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Network with candidates and industry professionals to strengthen relationships.
- Manage and optimise internal CRM and external ATS systems.
- Run end-to-end search campaigns for both permanent and interim roles.
- Demonstrate commercial awareness and the ability to deliver quickly in fast-paced environments.
