THE COMPANY: Our client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join as a Staffing Coordinator. THE ROLE:

  • Provide guidance, advice, and support to all staff in liaison with the HR Business Partner.
  • Ensure HR policies are up to date and aligned with current practices.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for HR operational activities.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion within the Department.
  • Conduct regular reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of HR and JDI initiatives.
  • Support recruitment and induction processes.
  • Analyse HR and JDI data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide administrative support to various committees within the Department.

THE PERSON:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within an academic, NHS Trust, or research environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and JDI principles.
  • Experience with recruitment and selection processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
