Responsibilities

1. Studio Management and operations:

Maintain an organized and clean studio environment.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring an efficient workflow.

Develop and implement studio policies and procedures to enhance productivity and maintain high

standards.

Schedule appointments and manage the studio calendar.

Handle email correspondence and phone calls.

Manage studio supplies and place orders when necessary.

Assist in preparing and organizing documents, presentations, and reports.

Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and deliveries.

Conduct regular inventory checks and audits.

Manage the office filing system on google drive.

3. Communication and Coordination:

Liaise with other departments internally and externally, to ensure alignment and smooth

execution of projects.

Coordinate with external vendors, models, and freelance staff.

Assist in organizing and coordinating events, such as fashion shoots and launch parties.

4. Sales Support:

Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including order processing, invoicing, and

data entry.

Prepare and update sales reports, tracking key performance metrics.

Coordinate with shipping companies to ensure timely delivery of orders.
