Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to deliver high-quality teaching and learning to our students. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to developing childrens academic and personal potential, as well as a passion for creating an engaging classroom environment. As a Primary Teacher, you will play a key role in supporting childrens learning across a variety of subjects, ensuring they are challenged and encouraged to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Teaching & Planning:
      • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects in line with the National Curriculum.
      • Create detailed lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
      • Differentiate teaching approaches to support students with varying abilities and learning styles.
      • Develop and implement strategies to enhance students academic progress and personal development.
    • Assessment & Monitoring:
      • Monitor and assess student progress through regular formative and summative assessments.
      • Provide constructive feedback to students, ensuring they understand their strengths and areas for improvement.
      • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students’ achievements and development.
      • Adapt teaching plans and methods based on assessment results to ensure all students make progress.
    • Classroom Management & Environment:
      • Establish a positive and respectful classroom environment where students feel safe, valued, and motivated to learn.
      • Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a productive and orderly learning environment.
      • Foster a culture of respect, inclusivity, and teamwork within the classroom and school community.
    • Collaboration & Communication:
      • Work collaboratively with other teachers, teaching assistants, and staff members to ensure effective delivery of the curriculum.
      • Communicate regularly with parents and carers to keep them informed about their childs progress and well-being.
