Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of waiters during service at luxury hotels, banqueting halls, weddings, awards ceremonies, and fine dining events.

• Ensure the smooth and efficient execution of silver service dinners, maintaining the highest hospitality standards.

• Oversee the correct delivery of dishes, ensuring dietary requirements are strictly followed.

• Train and mentor junior staff, ensuring consistency and excellence in service.

• Liaise with event organizers, chefs, and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service operations.

• Handle guest requests professionally, ensuring satisfaction and a five-star experience.

• Monitor and uphold all health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Waiter, Team Leader, or similar role in a 4/5 hotel, banqueting department, or fine dining environment*.

• Expertise in silver service and formal dining etiquette.

• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate a team.

• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service, including handling dietary restrictions.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules.

• Right to work in the UK.

Desirable Skills

• Formal hospitality training or relevant certifications.

• Experience in high-end banqueting, weddings, and corporate events.

• Multilingual skills are an advantage….
