Your New Team & Role: THE ROLE OHanlon & Farrell Contracts Ltd is one of Northern Irelands long established leading Electrical & Building contractors with over 40 years of valuable experience within numerous sectors, including the Industrial, Commercial and Domestic Construction sectors, throughout Ireland and UK.

OHanlon & Farrell is seeking to create a new and exciting opportunity for a TRAINEE ACOUNTANT. With the companys continued growth plans there will be the potential for increased responsibilities and therefore career progression.

You will receive comprehensive training & mentorship to develop your skills and knowledge in accounting and finance.

You will be involved in various aspects of financial management, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities include:

Assist in the Preparation of Quarterly Divisional Management Accounts

Assist with Preparation of Year End Management Accounts (incl. Audit Pack)

Assist Quarterly Balance Sheet Reconciliations (incl. Backup)

Help with Statutory Government returns ie. VAT, RCT & CIS

Monthly Bank Reconciliations Support the finance/admin team in day-to-day tasks….
