experience in dealing with clients and labor and can visually communicate ideas to them. My exceptional

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AS AN ARCHITECT
1. Prepare the Architectural planning and design criteria.
2. Guide team members to complete the given tasks accurately and in one go.
3. Project handling with highers
4. Attending all the meetings with client and stakeholders
5. Checkout the work of all Architectural staff in coordination with the engineering design.
6. Site visits and preparation of presentations for all architectural projects.
7. Participate in project review meetings
8. Meet the targets and deadlines.
9. Coordinate different site activities in accordance with design.
10. Provide guidance to draft person and other team members.
11. Make sure that all approved codes and standards are followed properly.
12. Make sure that quality of project is not compromised on account of cost and time constraints.

RESPONSIBILITIES AS AN INTERIOR DESIGNER:
1. Undertaking design project from concept to completion.
2. Defining project requirements and schedule during the brief.
3. Supervise work progress.
4. Outline client design objectives regarding interior styles and colours.
5. Visiting job sites to analyze space availability.
6. Takes accurate as built measurements.
7. Conceptualize and sketch design plans
8. Creates design concepts and digital presentations with finish selections, furnishings, and fixtures.
9. Presents design concepts and takes detailed notes on changes.
10. Getting approval from the client on design, Arrangement of Product sample and Taking Approval of product
samples.
11. Determine cost of completion with the help of contractor.
12. Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project along with contractor collaboration.
13. Hiring vendors to implement design ideas.
14. Overseeing the buying process of all raw materials and items required to complete the project
15. Arranging client visits.
16. Ensuring project completion within the allocated budget and timeline.
17. Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met.
