My client is a leading global consultancy, operating in over 60 countries with over 1,000 employees, and are proud to remain an independent company. Due to their continuing success, they are seeking a Senior Project Manager. Due to successful expansion, they are seeking a fully qualified Senior Project Manager to become an integral part of their dynamic team based in London.

This role is for a Senior Project Manager who is seeking to gain further responsibility in their role as well as experience on interesting projects, and also wish to benefit from the inclusive environment of a global consultancy. The successful candidate will be working on a variety of commercial, public and historical projects. The client is especially seeking candidates with experience working on historical buildings and who understand the requirements of working on listed buildings, such as restorations, alterations and refurbishments.

Responsibilities:

• Working on a variety of projects, including historical and listed buildings, museums...


• Involvement from the tendering and pre-construction phase and taking the project all the way through to completion and hand-over.


• Multi stake holder client liaison


• Tracking the progress of the project and ensuring it meets the clients’ requirements

Requirements:

• Degree qualified in a relevant discipline


• Have a solid comprehension and experience of technical project delivery from client brief through to handover on schemes
