Benefits and Payroll Manager
London-based
£60k-£65k (3 days a week)

Key responsibilities
* Will manage the full lifecycle of employee benefits-such as pensions,Healthcare, and well-being initiatives, ensuring they align with business needs and industry trends.
* Provide regular reports and insights on benefit programs, supporting data-driven decisions.
* Run through job grading exercises, and data reporting on Excel
* Work closely with the finance department on end to end payroll processes
Key Skills
* Able to demonstrate the ability to undertake the above responsibilities.
* Legally able to work in the country in which the position is based.
* Specialist level knowledge of benefits practices, ideally in a global organisation.
* Experience with Flexible/voluntary benefits solutions and the interaction with benefits platform technology.
* CIPD qualification or relevant certification in benefits are preferred.
* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks and renewal deadlines.
