Payroll & Benefits Manager

Payroll & Benefits Manager – £65-70K – 14 month FTC – Bond Street

My client is a global powerhouse within premium retail.

Currently they are recruiting for a Payroll & Benefits Manager who has also been involved in people analytics from an audit, benefits and wellbeing perspective.

This exciting broad role requires someone who –

• Is proficient on UK and Irish payroll
• Has strong vendor management skills
• Has dealt with ADP (desirable, not essential)
• Has had exposure to PSA, gender pay and ERR reporting
• Has managed both P11D and P60 management
• Has had exposure to Benefits management and renewals in addition to pensions experience and auto enrolment
• Available to start in February
• Be open to working from the office 5 days per week
