Title: Payroll Project Implementation Lead

Salary: £60,000-70,000

Length: 12 Month FTC

Working Structure: Victoria (Once a week)

We are working with a fantastic Global Brand looking for a HRIS / Payroll systems expert to lead on an implementation project.

This project has been live for a few months and is expected to last until the end of the year.

Please only apply for the role if you are available with a month notice of less and are interested in a 12 month FTC.

What you’ll do:

  • Be the internal SME for Payroll and HRIS implementations.
  • Document and analyse existing processes and drive change.
  • Provide an overview or Payroll requirements and build structure around the company needs.
  • Attend and lead project meetings.
  • Assist in the delivery of testing and training initiatives for the Payroll team.
  • Project manage and ensure the project is delivered on time.

What You’ll Need:

  • Proven ability in hitting the ground running.
  • Experience in project delivery and implementation roles.
  • Strong Payroll experience.
  • International experience (desirable).
